Shipping policy

1. London Delivery

For orders within London, deliveries may be fulfilled either by DPD courier service or by a dedicated local courier, depending on the type of product and delivery requirements.

DPD Delivery (Standard Online Orders)

Some items from our online shop that are stable for transport may be delivered using DPD next-day delivery, even within London.

These orders follow the same dispatch schedule as UK-wide deliveries.

Dedicated Courier (Fragile or Urgent Orders)

For fragile products, such as:

- celebration cakes

- delicate pastries

- London-only products 

- urgent or time-sensitive orders

we may arrange delivery with a dedicated local courier.

This allows us to ensure the products are transported safely and arrive in the best possible condition.

Courier deliveries may be arranged case-by-case, depending on:

- the product ordered

- delivery timing requirements

- delivery location


2. UK-Wide Delivery

For deliveries across the United Kingdom, we ship using DPD Next Day Delivery.

Orders are carefully packed to maintain quality during overnight transport.


3. Dispatch Days

We dispatch UK and standard London orders twice per week:

- Monday afternoon

- Thursday afternoon


4. Order Cut-Off Times

To be included in the next shipment, orders must be placed before the following deadlines:

For Monday dispatch

- Order by Sunday at 12:00 (midday)

For Thursday dispatch

- Order by Thursday at 10:00 AM

Orders placed after these times will be shipped during the next available dispatch day.


5. Delivery Timing

DPD next-day delivery aims to deliver parcels the following working day after dispatch.

However, delivery timing may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including:

- courier delays

- weather conditions

- high seasonal demand

We take great care in packaging every order, but once it has been collected by our courier, responsibility for the parcel passes to them and we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or delays in transit.


6. Receiving Your Order

Because our products are fresh and perishable, orders should be received promptly.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

- the delivery address is correct

- someone is available to receive the parcel where required

Cream Dream cannot be responsible for products that spoil due to missed deliveries or parcels left unattended after delivery.


7. Packaging

All orders are packed carefully to protect products during transport. Our packaging is designed specifically to support overnight delivery across the UK.
